accessible location excellent facilities helpful staff

the location was very accessible. i was impressed with the excellent facilities such as the spa and pool. the staff was helpful. i arrived late from the airport, and the restaurant remained open for my included dinner. it was wonderful service.

the gym had damaged equipment. the plastic elements over the old carpet were swollen. a piece of the floor was missing in the sauna. i accidentally stepped into it and hurt my heel on a protruding nail.

i was very pleased with the breakfast variety.. it included many local cheeses and a daily soup. i found the staff to be cute, and the rooms were clean. the sauna provided a nice warm up after a day out.

i did notice that the indoor pool was unheated during my winter visit.

the breakfast offered a lot of choices, that i consider a good thing..

the corridor lacked lighting and the bedroom only had three lamps, hard to see. i paid to have an item ironed, the staff returned it unironed twice. the bath water drained poorly and the bath wasn't cleaned daily. i nearly slipped on soap scum, i reported this, but nothing happened.

natural light fresh bread weak wi-fi signal pool closure

The hotel room was spacious and filled with natural light. i especially loved the large windows. They brought so much brightness in. the breakfast was also satisfying, with a nice selection of fruits and fresh bread to start my days.

The wi-fi signal was not very strong in the room. I had to go to the lobby to get a reliable connection. the pool was closed for cleaning on two days , it was not ideal.
